Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Times

• Domestic (Australia): Standard shipping (3-7 business days) or Express shipping (1-3 business days). Rates calculated at checkout.
• International: Standard shipping (7-15 business days). Rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100 (Australia) or $150 (International).

Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Be Wilder is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If an issue arises, please contact us, and we’ll assist in filing a claim with the courier.
